Anaplan reached out to us about a last minute video need - traveling to Atlanta, filming a customer success video at Coca Cola, and having the final cut delivered within two week of initial contact
We used our network and put together a stellar crew based out of Atlanta (Director of Photography, AC, Grip, Sound, and HMU). Our role was to produce, direct, and edit the video, all while making sure we hit our hard-deadline.

The Process
Pre-Production ( 1 week ):
After lining up the crew in Atlanta, we then booked travel for ourselves (flights, hotels, and transportation). We worked with Anaplan on drafting up interview questions to ask each interviewee, and drew up a schedule for how the day would flow.
Production ( 3 days - 2 travel days and 1 shoot day ):
We filmed three interviews including three different set-ups/looks as well as b-roll with two of the subjects. Even with an unexpected mandatory fire drill taking place at Coca Cola Headquarters in the middle of our shoot, we wrapped on time.
Post-Production ( 5 days ):
Because Bryan has been editing for over 20 years, and has worked on numerous same day edits, the short turnaround was not a problem. First cut was delivered 2 days after production and final cut was locked 3 days after that. The final edit was just over two minutes in length and included custom animation by our animator, Jon Burroughs.
