一期一会 (One Chance. One Meeting) - Japan

On March 15th, while on the small island of Awaji, off the coast of Japan, I asked my best friend Veronica to marry me. And she said YES!!!!

We had planned a vacation to Japan, where Veronica lived from 2011-2013. She thought we would just be visiting places and people from her past, but little did she know I was going to propose to her.

Like always, I had the camera rolling throughout the trip, as we ate, drank, and sang our way through this beautiful country. It was so amazing to finally put a visual to all the places and faces she had told me about; I could now see why this place is so special to her.

This video highlights some of our favorite moments from the trip. It is something we will both cherish forever.

In March of 2018, we traveled to Japan, the place where Veronica once lived (from 2011-2013). It had been 4 1/2 years since she had returned "home". While visiting people and places from her past, this trip would take her life full circle, while turning the page to a new chapter of her journey. Thank you to everyone who allowed us to create these wonderful memories. This trip would not have been the same without you. Locations: Tokyo, Kyoto, Awaji, Osaka Produced By: Memory Catchers Additional Camera: John Rotko and Nao Tonowaki Music: Layup - Side by Side www.promemorycatchers.com
